1. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or damaged during shipping.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
